Altagracia M. Romero

Altagracia “Mireya” was a critical pillar in our hearts. She was well known for her sense of humor, her love of travel, her charity work, and her extensive collection of photographs. Always one to make those around her feel joy and be filled with laughter. Mireya was born and raised in Santo Domingo, DR, where she was educated as a librarian. She then immigrated to the US in 1968, where she met and married Luis Grullard in New York, NY. Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Mosies and Richard Grullard, her two daughters-in-law, and her six grandchildren. Mireya will forever be beloved by her family, friends, and church community. She is deeply missed but surely will not be forgotten.
