George W. Capella

George William Capella, 68, of Brooklyn, New York, passed away on June 19, 2025. He was born on October 22, 1956 in Brooklyn, New York.

George is survived by his Children Marisol Capella, George Capella (Laila Capella), Melissa Walega (Ryan Walega), Grandchildren Raymond, Nathan, Walter and his Siblings Jeanette Capella and Jose Capella. George was predeceased by his parents Manuel Capella and Aida Capella and brothers Manuel Capella and Miguel Capella. He will be remembered for his unwavering love for his children and grandchildren, his warm laugh and memorable stories, his enjoyment of a good meal, and kindness. He had a heart of gold and anyone who knew him, knew that he was always ready to help those around him at anytime.
