Roman Campoverde

With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, known affectionately as “Lito,” who passed away at the age of 83.
Born in Ecuador, Roman Guillermo Campoverde, came from humble beginnings and built a life defined by perseverance, dedication, and love for his family. He pursued a career in mechanical engineering, first in Ecuador, where he met his beloved wife, Rosa and later in the United States, where he continued his work with Steinway & Sons until his retirement. His journey was one of courage immigrating to a new country to create opportunities for the generations that will continue to follow.

Roman was a devoted husband to his wife, father to his sons, and a proud grandfather.

Roman’s life was one of quiet strength, generosity, and devotion. He built a foundation not just of a home, but of family, tradition, and love that continues to live on within those he leaves behind.
Lito will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.
