Sofia Corcino has peacefully transitioned into the hands of God and has entered His heavenly kingdom.
Sofia was a devoted and loving Mother to her five children, Ana Sobeira, Miguelina, Richard, Temi, and Rita Infante; She was a loving and attentive Grandmother and Great-grandmother, endearingly called by each of them Mamaita; A caring and devoted sister to her many siblings; An adoring aunt to her nieces and nephews, as well as their children whom she loved and cared for as if they were her own. She was chosen as Godmother to many children and adults, lovingly referred to as ‘Madrina’ to many in her family and community.
Sofia was a devout Catholic, who lived her life to serve her omnipotent God with unwavering faith and devotion. She was an ardent and highly respected member and servant of her beloved Church, St. Barbara’s and its community for over 50 years. She was loved and respected by all and held in the highest regards.
Sofia and her gracious presence and wisdom will be dearly missed by her loved ones near and far. However, we find comfort in knowing her spirit lives on. As she makes this transition into the role of our Guardian Angel we know her loving spirit will remain among us for all eternity. We will continue to cherish the fond memories we have of her, which will forever live on in our minds and in our hearts.
SHE WAS AND WILL FOREVER REMAIN A BLESSING TO US ALL!
