Theresa Dwyer

Theresa A. Dwyer (née Walker), aged 96, passed away on July 27, 2024. Born in 1927 to Vincent and Cecelia Walker, Theresa was a lifelong resident of Ridgewood.

Theresa was a devout member of St. Brigid Parish, graduating from St. Brigid school in 1942. In 1951 she married her husband, Harold Dwyer, both of them volunteers in the church community. They were married for 69 years. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harold Dwyer. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive by her loving children, Tom Dwyer(Vita) and Kathleen Hynes, with grandchildren James Hynes and Theresa Hynes. 

Theresa’s vibrant spirit and joyous stories will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.
